Rainbow Almond cake
This is the cake I learn from the anchor cake demo session. As my oven is small so can only bake 3 layer at a time.. And 2nd attempt to make the Italian butter cream this time better result
2nd attempt on Swiss Roll
Today tried on making Swiss roll again. This time used a different method- separate egg method. Result better then 1st time, as know how to roll better
Swiss Roll
After a few attempt before, find it quite difficult to make a nice Swiss roll. Today make another attempt for Swiss roll by this famous cake teacher from Taiwan.
I use the chiffon cake method to make the Swiss roll. Quite easy to roll up and this is my first successful Swiss roll.
Ee's birthday cake
Make this train cake according to a cake book. But instead of using butter cream I used whipped cream thinking that it will be taken well..
