Yesterday we celebrated 4 birthday at one goal. I made 2 cake- moist chocolate cake with a autobot chocolate logo and a lemon cream cheese cake. But taste nice and great

Lollipop cookie

Today spend the whole afternoon baking n designing the cookie.. Really took a lot of time. The first batch was burnt as I forgotten the time.

The first batch of dough was too soft n the second batch was too dry. Not sure what was wrong but the cookies taste nice. Will try it again.

Red velvet cupcake

My 1st red velvet cupcake. I heard a lot of this cupcake. Thought tat cake is very sweet with the cream cheese frosting. Heard the comment for this cake is very good so thought give it try. The recipe is adopter from "therepressedpastrychef.blogspot". Thanks for the recipe. My cupcake didn't turn out as red as I would like but the taste of the frosting was just great n suit to my taste as not being too sweet and the cupcake was not sweet too so combined that they just make the perfect pair. Definite a recipe tat I would keep and use.

Chai kueh

My husband really like to eat chai kueh and only my mum make the best chai kueh. Recently just bought this book tat share on how to make the chai kueh so thought just give it a try.

Ee Thomas Fondant

Wow after so long.. I had decided to make a Fondant Thomas as a display for the cake.. A lot of helpful hands tat make the Fondant quite a challenge and fun ha ha. Here is the result although still lots of room for improvement.

New toy in my Hse: Philip Air Fryer

Yesterday my brother in law bought this home. I had heard abt this fryer last yr n try it at my son's school activities. But did not go n buy it. We tried on the packed fries and see the result. 1st time try was not much
Salt taste as we add it at the every end and it was too dry. 2nd time try- we put the salt first then we fry it at a lesser time.

Keiko-Cake

Yesterday i was browsing the you tube and came across this website. It's Call Keiko-Cake. The content of the websites was full of all nice and delicious dessert. And one good this is that we can subscribe to it and get downloadable pdf and video on the 1000 recipe she have in her list... Just need to pay US$19 first time and if we wan to continue to pay US$8 monthly.. Sound good right..
