Made these cookies for chinese New Year. The German cookie like what had been say is really melt in your mouth type of cookie... And it was also quite difficult to handle as it breaks easily

Yam Cream cake
In preparation for my two mother - my mum and mother in law birthday.. I decided to go for tradiotional type of cake - Yam Cream Cake. Previously I had made one for my father in law but it turn out not as what we wanted. This recipe was simple and easy and taste great..

Hui Hui's 1st birthday celebration
Make this cake and it took me almost 5-6 hours. Learning from here is make spare cakes in advance so that if you can really turn bad still got a sample cake. 2nd do all the decoration few days ahead or else it will just take forever to get it done.
