Keiko-Cake

Yesterday i was browsing the you tube and came across this website. It's Call Keiko-Cake. The content of the websites was full of all nice and delicious dessert. And one good this is that we can subscribe to it and get downloadable pdf and video on the 1000 recipe she have in her list... Just need to pay US$19 first time and if we wan to continue to pay US$8 monthly.. Sound good right.. I had downloaded her free recipe and it was great.. but yet to try out whether it taste as nice as it show.. her is the website http://keikos-cake.com/. Do take the time to see her dessert..

This is d recipe from alex goh's book. Dun have much pandan taste but more of coconut milk taste

Angry bird cake

Made a birthday cake for my niece birthday. It's a chocolate Oreo cake covered in whip cream. Then I put d angry bird fondants on top. Learn a lesson here is not to put the fondants too early as it will sweat n melt after it's put in d fridge for a night.
